I’m married to Julia and have a daughter Kelly aged seven and a stepson Thomas aged seventeen. I live in Walsall and have done so all my life. From leaving school, I worked my way up to become a turf accountant manager. Changing career, I decided to go to university to train as a school teacher. Currently, and for the last nine years, I have worked in the heart of the Black Country as a Literacy Coordinator at a special school in Dudley.

I love to travel, enjoy both playing and watching a

number of sports and I like to read and watch science fiction. I also have a passion for history which came directly from my father.
